A history of traditionsLattebusche has its offices in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO WorldHeritage Site, and is a cooperative that, every day, collects and processesonly milk from the Veneto region, collected in its producing members’cowsheds. The strong bond with the territory has always been the strengththat has enabled the company to obtain a very high quality raw materialand products with excellent characteristics.The Lattebusche ice cream line isproduced in Chioggia (VE), at a factorycertified according to internationalstandards GSFS (Global Standard forFood Safety) and IFS (International FoodStandard).The Lattebusche philosophy that has permeated every stage from design to the finished product, has always been aimedat the search for and use of natural elements with respect for the environment, to avoid the use of preservatives, colouringagents and artificial flavourings, and define recipes that make simplicity their strength. The basic element of the product isHigh Quality fresh milk, which constitutes about 60% of the finished product in the creams and guarantees the consumer ahealthy, genuine product that is high in complete proteins and can be eaten all year round by adults and children.
